Tuesday Together

For our last Tuesday night dinner, a group of 11 of us gathered to break (pita) bread and fellowship over a meal. It’s funny really. These dinners have not been a massive evangelism tool or a meeting to plan how to save Galway. Rather, they have been a way to connect with coworkers to the point that we have become not only friends, but our own little family (or big family). For me, it has been not only a creative outlet to try out new recipes to willing taste testers, but it has also helped me step outside of the workplace and really get to know these amazing brothers and sisters in Christ! We spend hours every day and every week with each other but the time spent over Tuesday night dinners is different–it’s quality.

We are so thankful for the friends we’ve made here and get even more sad by the day to leave these precious people.
