On our way

After saying our goodbyes and closing the door to our now-empty house, we left El Sembrador and spent the day traveling to Tegucigalpa with our friends, the Ryans. We had several enjoyable stops along the way at Manuelito (another WGM ministry, which is a refuge for street kids), Valley of the Angels (a tourist-y but cool little town), and a friend’s house in a rural village for lunch. We ate a fantastic Honduran meal out last night when we arrived in Teguc–on one of the main strips (cool atmosphere).

This morning we are going to church, doing some debriefing with a WGM missionary, and then going out to eat at a nice restaurant for Scott’s birthday. We are thankful for this last full day in Honduras, and we ask for your prayers as we travel back to Ohio tomorrow.

We have more stories to share and exciting things to tell you about our time in Honduras, so check back in the coming days…
